Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across New Zealand. Delivery methods may include freight carriers, courier services, or personal delivery depending on the size and nature of the product.
Shipping costs are calculated based on location, product size, and weight, and will be included in your formal quotation.
Assembly
For larger structures such as playgrounds, outdoor kitchens, and shelters, on‑site assembly is available. Assembly requirements and costs will be discussed during the consultation and included in your quote.
Damage in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue promptly.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to freight schedules, weather conditions, or material availability. We will keep you informed of any changes.
Pickup Option
Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Pickup details will be confirmed once your order is complete.
